Got the 280ZX out!

Hi,

Got my 280ZX out of the garage at the weekend.I haven't used it for two and a half years, apart from getting the radiator fixed last year.

It started first turn of the key, once the battery was reconnected though!

Might see if I can get through an mot in the next couple of weeks.

Great news, get it MoT'd and on the road.

Taxed my 240Z today, been for a run and enjoyed every minute of it.

How you managing to run black and white plates

They're my "show" plates, I've just swapped them over to the legal ones for the mot!...I've actually driven the car for a few years with the black plates on and have never been "pulled over".

how was the first drive!? I am surprised you had the Z parked up for that long. I dream of the day that I am back in my Z and out on the open road with the targas off!!
