Hi. nick have seen your meesage plus maps,if all goes well i hope to meet up with you all. bmarti 300zxGuys and gals,
I think it would be pretty sweet if we all turned up to this meet at the same time in convoy, and i personally think it would be nice to get there at the start of the meet so we get a nice position on the circuit.
So the plan is to RVP at Sainsburys, Jnc of Porterfield way and Westhampnett Road from between 08:30 and 08:50. The car park will be nice and empty so we should have no problems finding each other.
Here are a few maps to help find it.

Great Day apart from the Old Bill getting me sectioned !! now sitting in a secure Hospital recovering from severe exposure to Mercedes Police cars, but sad to say I was the only 260 out !!! but great day it must be 30 years since my Zed was nicked in Anger Ha HA Steve you missed a good event, The GTR Is a monster in the flesh great day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope you guys understand the implications of a Section 59 warning / summons. A subsequent offence gives the police the right to seize and dispose of the vehicle concerned, or release it back to the owner on payment of what will undoubtedly be exorbitant fees for removal and storage!

Simply threaten to take it to a court of law and without video evidence it will be thrown out.
In a court of law all are considered innocent untill proven guilty and the section 59 goes against this priniciple and unless the police are able to bring evidence that will stand up in court they don't have a leg to stand on.
You do not have to prove yourself innocent they have to prove you guilty. So without evidence there's nothing the police can do. Any and all Section 59's should be challenged on their legally within English law.
Seek legal advice now
