God bless the US of A!

Surely the Porsche passed strict US safety laws before being allowed to be imported and sold via dealers ?
If a Boeing crash-lands on top and squishes it - is it the fault of the manufacturer for not having imposed 'adequate roll-bars and an extinguisher system capapble of lasting long enough to combat 1000s of litres of kerosene ?

Would you be allowed to be driven by someone reeking of booze for example ?

Gotta stop somewhere and accept self responsability....even if not the driver- at least you'd say - slow right down or stop the car and let me out.
 
Surely she should be sueing the driver, rather than the manufacturer of the vehicle??
 
It's ridiculous but I reckon she would win.

Notoriously snappy handling car from a foreign car manufacturer that just so happens to be a part of VAG - convenient or what!
