Hi everyone,
I'm just in the process of reattaching the refurbished transmission and diff on the 240Z and need a bit of advice regards the type of oil I should use.
Looking at the manual it suggests Castrol Hypoy for the Gearbox and Castrol Hypoy B for the diff, but of course these are not available now.
So it would be good to know from you guys what I should use.
I've gone for Millers classic engine oil since I need the engine to run in before using any kind of synthetic additives since this would inhibit the running in process.
Any advice would be very helpful.
