New developpement of our front brake kit !

The 'basic, no-nonsense kit consists of :
Ventilated discs 24mm x 278mm and AP steel calipers with 4x (41mm) pistons.
Fast-road pads and solid pipes* to hubs included.
€650 plus postage

This is bolt-on kit for a 240Z. If you want the same using 260Z/280Z hubs, please specify when ordering (no extra cost).
*flexible pipes can be included at extra cost but frankly, you're better off financially buying them direct off Ebay.

This kit is ideal for normal road use and occasional track-days.
Now, for those pushing a little harder, there are two disc options :

Grooved and 'dimpled' disc upgrade - add €50 so €700
Grooved and cross-drilled disc upgrade - add €75 so €725
€35 postal costs within France - contact me for rates elsewhere.

This kit works fine with a standard 7/8 brake master cylinder for ordinary road use although a 15/16 (280ZX) one can be fitted if wished to give a shorter, heavier pedal travel and therefore a quicker, more aggressive feel.

The ventilated discs that are authorised by the MSA / FIA are only 20mm thick - the more space in between to ventilate the discs, the more efficient and longer-lasting your braking will be !

For your information, the standard braking force (total piston area) is 2x 54mm (9162mm²), which works out about 15% less than this kit 4x41mm (10563mm²) meaning that braking force is improved AND exceptionally well ventilated !

For reference some Wilwood set-ups use 4 x 35mm (7698mm²) which works ok because it is of course ventilated but does have a less confident 'feel' upon brusque braking.

Standard discs for info are 271 in diametre against these here of 278 so no 'snagging' problems but must be used with 15'' wheels.
