alright i have a question i am wanting too move to europe and dont know where???

I am a fiber optic tech cat 5e 6 etc...

Where in europe is the car scene alive...

Let me know where you guys live so i can get a feel for things becouse i really want to move and check some other things out.....

Never more alive than right here in the UK
An example is the Japanese Tuning Show (Tomorrow at Silverstone race track, home of the British formula 1 grand Prix)
Thousands of Japanese car fans,owners, tuners etc will be attending....some taking their vehicles around the track.

Last month we had Japfest, where the Japanese car clubs of the UK took over Castle Combe race circuit.

This sort of activity is also the norm for other car marques such as F**d, VW, Vauxhall (GM) etc.

You colonials are always welcome here as long as you learn to say petrol not gas

The car secene is where you make it - also !

It's more alive in the UK - can't say more but if you like driving - move to France !

I also have Portugeuse and Spanish Z contacts.....?

But maybe language will dictate where you move to ? You're bringing the Z I hope ?
