We all know that the Japanese and US markets had different engine specs. to UK cars.
Did UK cars have different engine specs. to other European countries ?
EG, Boomer and I have a 280ZX 2 seater each, from 1980, of Belgian origin, neither have electric windows or the electronic dash gadgetry or power steering (they have the orginal Z rack and pinion).
Thay also have the N42 head and F54 block !!!
Does anyone else with an original or implanted engine have the same combination ?
The pistons haven't been checked yet but they run very well for ZXs, making me think they might have flat-top pistons.
