I bought a clutch master cylinder from MJP in October 2002 and it failed in August 2003. Bought a new one and Mike took the old one back to have it returned and looked at.

After much effort on his part, a full refund arrived in my postbag last week. :D Hooray for MJP!

I would hate to think how successful this would have been if I'd bought from another country - or, come to that, any other source.

I had a similar thing happen to some brake hoses and Mr F replaced them foc. It is nice to have the feeling that our parts supplier is on our side !!!!!

Helps to have an enthusiast on the end of the line and someone commercially minded who understands to look after his customers and future ones !
 
It is just a shame that Mr F lives so far away. I´m sure that if you call round he would make you an excellent cup of tea and would be excellent company behind a pint glass...........:D
