Crank pulley and knock sensor

Hi all

Would anyone know where I can get a crank pulley and knock sensor for my 240z?

I'm using a l28 and will be running injection and a hks fcon ecu so I want to removed the distributor so I can use a cool pack.

Any help on what and where to buy would be great.

Hi leo, I machined teeth into the back face of the v belt groove on the crank damper and then used a bosch crank sensor. I will check tomorrow but I am sure it was 12 teeth and then take one out
Sounds drastic but with the engine running at 8000 rpm I have never had a problem. The v belt has never been damaged by the teeth.

Place the crank sensor away from the alternator if poss ie on the opposite side of the engine.

Hi leo sorry life has been hectic as I am off to japan for a month tomorrow. If you have not got it sorted by the end of april then I will see if I can make one for you. Cheers ben
 
280zx turbo has oem knock sensor

It is between oil filter and oil gauge on the right of the block

Probably you can fit it there?

I dońt think block casting to be specific to turbo
 
I will give that a company a call tomorrow. Hopefully the crank sensor will work the Hks fcon v pro.

I have also bought a ks4 knock sensor kit which works with the fcon.

Just need a trigger wheel and sensor.
