Chased by Le Mans winner Jan Magnunsen ;-)

....but he did'nt have the same speed at the 800 meter straight, thou he was very fast and late on the brakes - what a fantastic driver. There's a reason for him to be Corvette's favorite driver ;-)

Well there you are Stefan, I told you that you would never beat the Porsches and the BDA'd Escorts.

Oh, hang on.........

Well done, Sir! :)

He he ...yes you did Alan...and then I started fighting for the "rights of the 240Z"

I am (the car) still 76kg above the 3023 homologation minimum weight, so I expect it to be even faster next year ;-)

Hi Stefan, as I told you a fiew weeks ago.
You beat them all.
Congratulation, my friend. I`m proud to meet you and youre crew last year.

Oh joy.......................I watch and I think, shit but that Porsche and Ford are quick, the gap isn't closing and then they seem to pull away........and then inspiration from the heavens (or their brakes were cooking ?) and you reel them in - I love it:bow: - u da man !!!

Thankyou SO much for the video.

What a great bit of racing, well done!!!!! Its nice to see such great action, perhaps next year put the dates up very early, you never know you might get a hoard of 240,260's parked up by your car.

Contgratulations.....

That is a fantastic bit of video and a great race. That Porsche didn't give up without a fight, did he? Congratulations on a great result!

Thanks Guys

Grolls - this race is held in Copenhagen every year, in the first weekend of August, so you can start planing right away ;-)

I look forward to see a full horde of Zcars next year.
...and yes, that Porches was indeed VERY fast - it was in fact a very seldom Porsche 911 ST, which should be especialy light and well timmed ( but what do I know - I'm a Z guy ;-)

For next year, I am preparing a new Z, which is about 74kg lighter than the one I race now, so there will be less "room" for the BDA's and Porsches.

By the way I have an 2 hour DVD from the race - Any sugestions on how to upload such mad thing ;-) and if so ....where

/S

Get the club here to make a DVD (DJ260 ?) and sell it on ebay - add in bit in from John Morton from last year to name-drop. Even if it just covers the costs, it'll spread the word !

What happened when the engine misfired - it wasn't a gearchange flop or the Porker would have easily retaken you. And coming out of some corners, the car seems to spin the wheels - you DO have an LSD right ?

He he ...yeah ...Well I am porducing 1000 DVD for the domestic market, so why not make another 100 for the International ;-)

In regards to the scene where the 911 came up on the side, IT WAS actually a gearchange flop from 2th to 5th, but hey ...it has to be a good race for the specators as well ;-)

I think it was down to 3/10 sec in difference between the Z and the 911 - in my favor ;-)

Yes - I do run a Nismo LSD 4.375, but the wheels do spin sometimes as the asphalt is in very poor conditions in the Copenhagen streets - just like London ;-)

/S

Well done

Hi Stefan,

Loved the footage, great driving, any day you can cause a Porsche grief is a good day!! It's a pity Australia is so far away, would love to check out the event.
