Cool police cars

After reading on PH that one of the forces in Italy has taken delivery of their latest Lamborgini Gallardo patrol car (or should that be ‘pursuit car’), it made me wonder what other cool police cars have been about.

It seems the Met have or have had themselves a Mercielago!

I don’t know if this ever materialised. A rapid response vehicle to patrol the M25! I reckon you’d get caught!

Wow, the French have taste! I like it!

Not really a surprise by the German’s, but cool none the less.

Love the 240Z Jap Police car. Has anyone attempted a replica in the UK, how cool would that be? Not sure about the red light on top though, looks like a top hat. Surprised they have not got the new Skyline in the line-up, would be cheaper to buy and maintain than the Aston/Lambo/Ferrari...
