Clutch slipping?

Car passed it's MOT (yay!) but has a few issues...

Washers have now stopped working (although they worked fine for the MOT ;)) and the speedo cable snapped.

More worryingly, in high gears (MOT station sorted out the carbs so I now have more power!) it slips (engine revs higher and higher but doesn't go anywhere).

This I guess is a worn clutch?

My thinking though is we'd stood the car up for a bit (3 months) and so could this possibly be a dry seal between the engine/clutch (crank seal?) leaking oil onto the clutch? Doesn't look to be any oil dripping out the bell housing, so hoping it's just a clutch.

Car seems to drive ok in 1st and 2nd, but then slips in 3rd and 4th (higher ratio, which makes sense from a physics perspective) so hoping just clutch!

Guess I get a crank seal just incase, as well as a clutch for a 4 speed?

I think if it was oily, you'd slip in all gears. I'd guess just a clutch.
