Last Saturday was the 2nd of the Car and Car Conversions track days at Castle Combe circuit. The club is represented by Geoff Gale who is the contact for admission tickets and track passes. Once again it cost nothing for me to get in and have a 5 lap session although the queue was horrendous and the track busy ( about 30 cars at a time&#33<img src="http://www.zclub.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=';)'>. &nbsp;Geoff also took to the track and then paid for an additional session. Adrian Francis attended but did not venture out onto the track and Phil ( surname ? ) brought his lovely Australian imported Z with a Supra turbo engine for us to see. Phil's car is a real eye catcher and made me very jealous. &nbsp;

These events are good fun as long as you stay out of trouble, which some people didn't. As my wife said 'it's a real lads thing' i.e. men and motors. The variety of machines and abilities is a joy to watch and very entertaining.
