Camshaft identification

Can anyone confirm that a camshaft marked E30 A is from a 260z (1975).

If that's all the markings it's got, then it's probably an original Nissan cam profile and imo there's not a huge amount between them all.
There are some US sites that claim to know which profile is from which engine/year but I'm not convinced they're right - I think they're just a reflection of what some individual has seen.
Are you looking for originality or something else?

Just trying to understand the setup as I had triple carbs not matching the engine setup. I got confused by the US sites, I'm with you I'm not sure they are correct either.
