Cable lugs

Just started strip down Datsun 240, the cable lugs holding cable runs in place are rusty and some are snapping off
Any Advice please for the refurb - do I cut them all off and use something else or replace.
Is there a replacement part to use / weld back on.

Worth bearing in mind that as soon as you bend the new ones the paint will crack and the issue starts again

Probably better to try/use Plasti Dip or similar
