Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir Wiring?

There are wires coming out of my brake master cylinder reservoir, looks to be for a brake fluid level sensor. As I'm changing my master cylinder and the one I'll be fitting doesn't have these sensors or wires I'm wondering what happens if I leave these unconnected to anything?

The low fluid level warning light won't come on...

They might short out. Set the wiring on fire and the whole car go up in flames in the blink of an eye.
So best fit a plumbed in fire extinguisher.......................
