It says "the interior is mint!" . From the photos, i'd beg to differ.

I think by 'mint' he means not worn or torn or generally damaged, rather than the interior being clean!

it looks like surface mould due to being sat outside for so long.

Doesn't look so bad, I've had cars in worse mouldy states, scrubs up well with a toothbrush and some "interior cleaner"
