Access problems

No matter what I tried yesterday (all day), I couldn't get on this site. I could get on any other site I chose so the problem was specific to this site. Frustrating but can I avoid it happening again ?

Know what you mean I couldnt get in yesterday and cant get all the pages to open today but everything is ok on other sites. Wondered if Russ was busy with this site. Any answers Russ

was the same for me as well think it was the same for everbody
it also happen to me tonight got logged in at 5 and when tried again at 7 wouldn't let me in at first have emailed Russ to try and find out what is causing it to happen
also at the moment it is crawling along like a snail even though I'm on broadband

Well I didn't see it either time chaps soooo all I can assume it's a problem with our provider web-mania.

As it's working at the moment we'll keep an eye on it and if it gets too flakey I'll have to do something but this is the first downtime I can remember so as webhosts they aren't doing a bad job

Hmmmm, summat to keep your eye's on Russ. Where's the site hosted? I couldn't access yesterday evening, tried from 9ish on. Again tonight it flaked out for a few hours during peak period I guess. I'm on BT Openworld DSL btw.
Other than that, top job fella!

I think we all had the same problem yesterday and to a lesser extent, today too!
Whilst you were all unable to log on, I did find a short space of time in which it would let me add some more links to the Links Page.
We have now got well over 100 links to other sites, but could do with some more Z/ZX related ones still!

We eat all our snails - nil exports ! I was with our neighbours last weekend and between 6 of us, we ate 2000 ! Not done in butter and garlic (which is too heavyon the stomach) but marinated in red wine- yummee !

No time for sleep I'm afraid! I usually hit the hay at 2am and get up at 8 so that's still a reasonable amount of sleep.
