30th birthday Silverstone parade laps

Where was the Nissan 240Z car, you know the yellow rebuilt publicity car.
I saw it on the Banzai stand complete with backwards facing indicators
and excellent door fit
I thought it was supposed to be driven around the circuit with us
And yeah like nicknox said
we had 180 cars on the stand and when we got back from the parade lap (I was in the first few cars back) there was only a couple of cars there which hadnt taken part.
The above are just queries and not critcism because overall the event was one of the best I have ever attended in any shape or form

Hi All.
Great to be there,Great to see,meet participate in an absolutely
awesome Z Club Event. Happy Birthday to the Z Club-30 Year's! Wow!
I would like to thank The Z Club,from it's earliest founder
member's to all who have recently joined. All The Z Club Team,& the
various sector's of the Z club organisation.
The 350z Crew- What a turnout!,The 300zx crew The S30
crew,The Shop-run by Derek & Moggy for being a star!
Good to see the track driver's & car's in great spirit's & the
biggest ever grin's on their face's...this is what it's about.

A very Special day for THE Z CLUB- ALL CAR's.
Hosted at Silverstone, in conjunction with John & Clare Thank's to the
team at Silverstone.
I fully agree with the point, as regarding Silverstone's 'strict cut
off & no overrun policy in track allocation time. The Drifter's (before the THE Z CLUB parade OVER ran, did not get 'cut off' & ruined a major & important event for our club. How did that happen??????????
Had this not occured than It would have been perfect.
The Z club deserve's better,on such a landmark & important occasion & I'm sorry but The Club & it's people did not deserve 10 minute's on
the Parade lap after all the build up. we were told 50 minute's at the
Parade brief & also our own Z drift would follow the parade.
Those responsible should have a Z club member's passion,for
Z Club event's.
Commiseration's & heartfelt symphathy to those that had setback's,breakdown's en-route to & away from Silverstone...we all feel
for you & hope you get sorted.
I have Filmed the whole day from 6.30 A.m till the 10 minute
lap parade & after If anyone,club member's have footage/film please do
contact me as I will be editing THE Z CLUB 30 Year PARADE film for
THE Z CLUB.

I agree about the Parade time, was very dissapointing, especially after all lining up in order and waiting for ages to set off.
Overall tho, apart from this (and the fact that the Paddock Shop never opened so me and the missus could get sun cream - I feel all crispy now) it was a great day and it was great to see so many Zeds.
Apologies to those people that I never got round to meeting, and also to those that I missed saying bye to at the end of the day.
Well done to Sulley, who once again managed to relieve my bank account from much scarce funds. Pleasure doing business with you.
Anyways, that's my say, and I look forward to seeing you all again at Billing.
