280ZX 2 seater

:280Z: why doesn,t anyone have one closer to me one is at the top of the contry and the other is at the bottom and im in the middlle :(... well thats just rubbish.......

as far as 280's are concerned there's a tatty one parked up in someones garden round everey corner in most towns. You've got to travel to find a good one and Burton to Beverley is only a bike ride! Well worth the journey if it's the type you want.
 
Hmmm, the new owner put a lot of effort in to rewriting the ad then!

Shame it's not a 2+2, cos even I'd feel guilty about gutting a 2 seater ;)

I wonder what his, "genuine reason for sale", is. Especially after 2 minutes of ownership.
 
:280Z: iv had a reply about it. he said "Done about 300miles since picking her up (hull to ipswich and back to p'boro).
Runs better now then it first did, looking at milage on old MOTs this car has pretty much just sat for the best part of ten years.
Mechanically she seems fine although wipers were playing up today (sorted with wd40) and the pads could do with a check.
MOT before last failed on wiperblades and headlight alighnment.
I bought it as a run about for myself and the misses whilst I'm working on my other car.
She HATES it and my insurance won't cover her to drive it anyway (should've checked first really).
