If you'd just spent £26K on a 350Z Roadster, I don't think you would want to risk chipping the paintwork, by jumping over the doors....General Lee style! :D

LAMBO LAMBO LAMBO...... now I'm gibbering even more like an idiot than normal. That would look awesome, the only reservation is that every kid with a lot of pocket money and a Honda Civic has Lambo doors now - because they are "Hi fashion" they will date.

A 240 would look dribblesome though, fully done like that.

ger300 has told me that he saw lambo door hinges for a Z31 for £75.00 for the kit, bolt straight on apparently. Im waiting for him to find the link again and you could possibly see 2 Z31's with lambo style doors

GO on Neil, go for it,along with the gearbox coversion on the other thread you'll end up like the hawker harrier,that is:
Vertical take off..................DJZ 60.

Apparently you need to spend more like £750 to get a decent, safe kit that actually works!...There are kits advertised in the us for $65, however!!!...Lambo door kits have been a hot topic over on the 300ZX.co.uk site, for a while now.

Plus I don't think the older Z's will be strong enough for that
conversion,along with a pile of rust particle's everytime you
open the door's.....................................DJZ 60.
