What did you do to your Z this week?

Got my wing covers years ago from mr F who orders them from USA,proper Zed ones,now wot else did I do to my Zed,my short shift came yesterday so a little job this weekend hopefully
 
Got it road legal - last time it was taxed was 1992, my god has this been a long time coming.

Act extreme 6 puck clutch now fitted and gearbox back in. I really must push on with this as the RR session is getting close.
 
Today I have replaced the oil seal in the dry sump pump that decided to leak slightly whenever the engine was not running and do a spanner check on the car following last Sunday's sprint at Abingdon.

Not a bad mornings work
 
Car is back up on axle stands in the garage whilst the wings are sorted.

Got the wing protector mats and they are pretty good quality especially for £25.

I'll take it Steve, really needed one of those on yesterday while I was installing my heat shield. One of my mum's drying up cloth's made a great alternative in the meantime though, not she saw ut that way though :devil:
 
Finished getting the blue car back together and went for a drive today. Very impressed with the clutch feel as its easy to slip. As Jon said, good for building up muscles. Still got a leak though so ive all gotr to come out again :(. Dripping from the bottom of the bellhouseing.
 
Saw some sad man watching the flying scotsman...
