Have got a set of Modern Motorsport CV conversion package it comes with a OEM 280z stub axle nut (no peening required) does anybody know what to torque it down to ?
The variation in torque range is because you need to set the drag on the sub axle. When you do the nut up you pull the stub axle using a spring gage (I'm not explaining this to well I'm sure!!) to get the right amount of drag you then increase the amount of torque until you do. As for value I cant remember but I can check later.
