That looks like a decent car for the money assuming rust free...ish shell under the new paint and you don't mind fact it is a 260 ;)

Jump in and drive off, what's not to like.
Best value Z seen advertised for a while.
 
I saw this car at the Le Mans Classic earlier this year, looked really nice in the flesh. The owner also seemed like a really nice genuine person, looks to be a very honest ad.

If you don't mind looking at a 260z then it looks very reasonable value for money.

The green car looks like a really good deal. Haven't seen a restored car this cheap for a long while.

My second batch will start arriving next week so I will have a selection available soon.
 
Are there any differences between the 240 and 260Z bar the engine of course ?? I was told previously that they are a little longer bodied??
 
If you are talking about the basic external look, then no. The longer body mentioned to you would be the 2+2 version, which is a foot longer and different roof profile. But the 2-seat 260z is the same basic shell design. Inside, under the skin, etc., there are lots of differences though, especially between the 240Z and the late 260z. Top line diffs - engine, rear light design, dash and interior.

This is why I mentioned that a RHD swap in a 280z could be challenging; although cars in the S30Z range have superficial similarities, there are many model differences and complexities that make interchangeability less straightforward in certain areas.
