ive been really suprised today, under her front panels she is rust free, i mean not a hole anywhere! how cool is that for a 1984 car?lol, i will clean all the dirt and crap off in the morning and post another pic to show the rust free front end

While its like that I would take the chance of slapping some rust preventative on her. Its rust free now .... but give it a couple of years. Its what I am doing at the moment.

little update....


ive been a busy little boy, wings are sanded and back on the car! finishing touches and will be primed tomorrow. bumper is back on too. i will be welding the passenger rear end this week,sorting the hatch where the spoiler used to be..( leave spoiler off? hmm ) weather permitting.......its been crap recently, rain, rain and more bloody rain! cant do much with this duck weather

tried to start her today with no joy, spluttered and died, then wouldn't start at all. something isn't quite right somewhere? ran sweet as a nut last month.checked the usual things but all are ok. must be a fueling problem.

new pics soon of the clean ( atlast ) front end, just need that splitter to complete the front look

oh, ive found a 280z not saying too much at the moment, its a barn find so in a state bless her, going stupidly cheap tho, not advertised either,mine if i want it just need the 240z,260z now.lol im greedy, i want them all! maybe even a datsun 510 if i can find one cheap enough.

i should probably finish the z31 first before gettng the 280z but i may not find another one for a longtime so............
