I have about 4 copies of the 300ZX manual on CD and can't find one of them!!

can anyone post up a photo/diagram of where the thermostat is on a NA Z32

Its hiddenbehind the Metal water pipe on the front of the engine. The bottom one. Bit of a PITA to get to.... You might break a fingernail doing it

you should recognise the 2 metalpipes that come out of the front of the engine

If it's same as Z31, you'll need to remove the cam cover to gain access to it.
It's a fiddly job indeed.
