Got the 3 points only another 3 from the next two games and that will do me as it will mean that England will be through to the knockout stages

I cant see any point in football at all, 22 ESN's running round a field kicking a bag of wind about, total waste of time and money. Then theres the sexual abuse deliberate racist attacks on defenceless Asians and the dozy dorks cant drive either forever smashing up Italian exotica, and thats just the players, dont get me started on the moronic violent so called fans either. Disgusted of Bristol.

Don't tar all fans with the same brush, maybe a quarter of a % should be neutered and prevented from breeding, but that's no different than motorsport. You get aholes there, especially the ones with air horns (they will die by my hands).

Anyway bye bye Sven, if he'd said "I took Owen off because we had a one goal lead, wanted to save him from injury for future games" then I'd have said "Fair enough", but as it was he made up some crap and now no one likes him :)

Roll on the next game, gotta get a flag for inside the back of my car, and already stuck a label on the back of my bike helmet. Much as I think the plastic flag things are a bit tacky on the way to work this morning just about one in five cars had a flag out, all the pubs did, some houses, it was REALLY nice to see, a bit of unity for the country.
 
I don't like tenpin bowling or showjumping amonst other things but if there is a compititon and there is a english team involved I still support the team because they are my national team

Someone explain to me why football "fans" with multiple flags on their cars were driving around the streets when the England match was on....? And also which true patriotic "fan" was spotted wearing a flag as a Batman cloak and hauling a crate of beer along the street when his "beloved" team were in need of his support during their pathetic second half display...:unsure:? And this is Brentwood - normal and sane stronghold of Essex Conservatism.

Quite liked the last portion of Ivory Coast vs Argentina however...

The boys did well, especially in the first half, but were struggling in the heat later on!...They consumed 75 litres of water compared to the usual 24!
It didn't help when Erikkson took 2 of our best players off!
But a win is a win!!
Trinidad and Tobago look quite useful though, so don't expect a walk over, as the Swedes found out!
