Who's going to Trax 2004?

So how many of us have signed up? I need to convince my other half that this is a major club turnout if I'm to get my 'pink pass'.

It must be one of the last big events of the year too!

As usual with Z Club members, when you offer them the chance of a major meeting for free, apathy sets in big time - this has been on exclusive offer to this forum for several weeks now, and I have seven takers (and one of those is me!).

I am about to offer this to the 300ZX.co.uk and 350zuk.com forums from th estart of next week, so your chance of attendance is fading fast. Where are all those vociferous individuals who want the Z Club to do track days all the time now?

I went to Trax a few years ago, but there were too many noisy Novas and Escorts with massive wheels for my liking!
It took about an hour to get out of the car park and we ended up in Buckingham with an empty fuel tank!....for some reason!

I will be there as DJZ60 said. I have a track session booked (midday). Have been before (2002) and did track and 0-60 sprints, great fun (see Gallery). This is a massive event, it's got everything, so allow plenty of time to get in and don't be in a hurry to get out. But hey if there are free tickets available go for it!! You will see some seriously quick road cars and plenty of trade stands.

Nova's and Escorts inevitable these days (and hey, I used to have a tarty MkIII Escort y'know - that car had a hard life for over ten years and served me well!). We just have to show 'em our cars are better

Mind you, it was the first year back in 1998, I think! These days the Fords and Vauxhalls will probably be out numbered by the Japanese machinery!
