Uploading Photos to Gallery

Uploaded a pic to the Gallery on Saturday and all seemed to go through ok but nothing has appeared yet.

I seem to remember that images need approving before they appear. If this is the case how long should one wait until uploading the file again?

If I have remembered correctly, could a message along the lines of "image waiting to be vetted if nothing has appeared after ?? hours/days please contact ?? " be added to upload page

As far as my limited admin powers go, I can't see any photos awaiting approval...

Thanks folks will try again (might even get it right this time)

It may have been that the file was a bit big (2.4mb) so I will try a smaller version and see what happens.

Edit yep just tried again and it doesn't like the bigger file-the good news being that the smaller one has just uploaded ok.
