That was an interesting read, I wasn't aware of the difference between the two types of springs

Spoke to Stephen and he says Franky is spot on.
The black springs substantially lower his car and the blue ones keep it all in place when there is no weight on. With weight on the blue springs flatten completely.

Incidentally the lad (sorry can't find the thread for your name) who was having the trouble on here the other week with springs that were to short with no weight on.....wonder if those blue springs are the answer???

More done
Subfame is done now to accept all major mechanicals
Couple of pics of how it goes together
Everything flo-coated inside to eliminate any water ingress to the laminate.
Next job over the winter is to bolt all the mechanicals on and do a test run

That's has all been sold to a customer morbias so I'm on with another one now!
