I know it's not good but I want to stick a towbar on the back of a 240z. The reason is I want to tow a race bike behind the Z to trackdays and the escort will be going to the scrapyard in the sky as soon as the Z is finished.
 
There is no reason why you shouldnt put a tow bar on your Zed, its your car! 2.4l engine with plenty of power and enough torque, good robust suspension set up at rear.

Hi there, you dont happen to know of a s/h example for a z31? <img src="http://www.zclub.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> ,it's to pull my caravan so my 300 can enter the shows far away.

Sorry George but I dont do 300ZX stuff.
Got one for a 280ZX if there are any cars left out there!

eh dont think I'll be needing one of those, nothing to tow and no intention to buy anything, but make sure you have one just incase you need to tow me  <img src="http://www.zclub.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>

Seriously....Does anyone make a tow bar suitable for a Z31 which is removeable when not in use? It would be ideal for towing a trailer with the camping gear in.....Do they make 150mph rated tyres for trailers?! <img src="http://www.zclub.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':D'>
