Top gear Special

Enjoyed the show, swear they're getting more mental every year! Driving in India looks like a challenge the ZClub should take.:D
 
I usually like top gear but felt it too cringeworthy to watch this time and turned it over, I must be getting old....

Don't think it's you.. I think it's their format that's getting too old..

Sometimes they nail it (the one across south America in the Range Rover etc being one of the most recent ones that worked), and others it just is so fake and put on, it is very cringeworthy (such as the new one tonight..)

Kinda needs a year off or so for us to forget so it seems fresh and exciting next time we see it. Bit like Doctor Who..
 
I agree it wasn't their best but still found it very funny. The VIP party was definitly cringeworthy but in a Borat sort of way. Hamster ripping the front of his Mini off with the winch was also a classic.
 
Watched it in the background when I was cruising the net on my laptop, Which kind of says it all really, I thought it was a load of ***** apart from hamster ripping the front off his mini. The rest of the show was utter tripe.

To be honest if the Christmas TV had been any better I'd of switched over, Does anybody else think this has been just about the worst Christmas TV ever ?, It was so bad I actually enjoyed Eastenders the other night and I hate that program with a passion!

TG can be very dispairing and annoying - but it is always watchable no matter how peurile and preductable it is
