timing kit

I have a brand new timing kit, chain, tensioner... for an L24, may I use it on my L28 ?
I know the order # is different on the catalogs, but putting them close together I can't see any obvious change?<img src="http://www.zclub.net/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>??

All parts cross over to the 2.8 engine. There are different part numbers for the guides, but I have only ever used the one set of parts for L24, L26 and L28 and nothing has broken yet.....
