I don't think the spending ever stops, you just have to hope for a bit of fun between paydays. I we worked out the cost per mile it would be frightening!

mines getting close to the money pit syndrome
having said that, it depends on who you speak to/buy parts from.
I cant praise MrF enough, phone calls usually go along the lines of
" i believe i need a competition head gasket"
not really-depends on how much boost you run, besides they are expensive & can take a while to track down.
"ok send me a normal one then!-result or what.
"what about turbo pistons"
see above.
"err Ems6 thingy?"
yes you need one of those.
And he's always helpful & you'd never know he was talking to a complete wally where turbos & electrics are concerned.
actually i've yet to meet or talk with anyone in the club who isnt only too willing to help out.
