Hi all,

After missing out on the Tatton show at the end of May, I want to make sure that we get our stand finalized very early this time.

Consequently, for those who want to attend, please can you state your interest here and/or PM with car reg, model, name, address, which day or days you want to attend, and whether you want a camping pass or not.

We have a ten car limit for each day, so bear that in mind - first come, first serve. I am going to aim to send the attendance list off at the end of next week. Late entries can achieved after that, but if you can, please please spare me from having to faff around dealing with that, especially as I think Cheshire Auto Promotions will be less inclined to accommodate late entries due to the limited stand sizes and big overall attendance they have to deal with (space is at an increasing premium).

Good stuff Phil - really look forward to seeing that car. Should brighten up the stand colour-wise too! :thumbs:

I can also marvel at the size of the federal impact bumpers! :devil: :D
 
Hi Rich, sorry to just get round to replying but if you can get me in I'd like a Sunday ticket, been crazy busy, meant to get in touch sooner, waiT for your reply hopefully, cheers Stu
 
Hi Rich, any chance of another ticket for the Sunday as I will have my 78 120a f11 coupe ready & thought it might be nice to bring it along too( it's quite rare, only about 3 left in the UK), funky looking little thing!

Hi Stu - I'm afraid I've sent the forms off now and we were up to 10 passes already for Sunday, which is the limit. (we might not get 10 cars on the day of course, but given they are car specific and Cheshire Auto Promotions are quite inflexible given the high numbers of display cars overall, there probably isn't much that can be done).

What you might be able to do is apply for an individual entry pass for the 120a (to go in the general non-club display area) and then we could slip it onto the club stand with your Z if there's space! ;)

Have a look at the Cheshire Auto Promotions website and see what it says anyway.
 
Hi Andy. I got the tickets a few days ago. I'll be sending them out this week. I'd have done it last week but the whole stressed work situation distracted me and now I'm down with some virus or other. I'll endeavour to sort it so people get them before the weekend.

Hi Stu, I ordered you a ticket for the Z, but don't have one, as mentioned above for the 120. If you remember, the passes are all car specific too, so I won't have a transferable spare. I could maybe try contacting CAP for a late entry but they are getting less inclined to give them out due to the high numbers of attending cars overall.
 
Quick update - passes posted out to everyone (bar a couple of Macc locals!) this lunchtime. Keep an eye out. :)
