Suspended ceilings... can anyone help?

Hi all

I am looking to put a lowered ceilling up in my new unit to conserve heat & help lower my bills. The main unit is 4700sq ft.

Is there anyone on this site that knows about suspended ceillings? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

Oh, just had a thought. If there is anyone that can actually do suspended ceillings & want to do a deal against bodywork let me know

Isn't Steve Burns excellent at these? I know he's good at falling through them but i believe he knows how to fix too!

although I put mine up in the kitchen originally when I fell through it recently it was only a small area thet came down as I'm a slender thin little guy so wouldn't be able to advise on this


you could try and give 260ZG a pm and he might be able to advise you a bit more on this, re best mats to use for insulation construction etc
