Squeaky Horn!

Hi,
I went along to the 300zx midland meet at Leicester yesterday and on leaving the Pub car park I thought I would sound the horn to say goodbye, only to find that it had disappeared and been replaced by a little squeaky mouse!
Once home, I removed the front right indicator and found that I must have dislodged the electrical connector to the horn when changing the broken fog light last week, as it was dangling behind the bumper!
I think that the horn is an aftermarket replacement, as it looks virtually new and normally sounds quite loud!
Full sound is now restored.:)

Dunno about you - but the first time I sounded my Zed horn I nearly died with embarassment. I was expecting a manly 'BLAAHHHHHHRRRRRGGGGGHHH' but all I got was Graham Norton in a tight skirt screaming 'Hiyaaaa!!'

Does anyone know why the Japs fitted such pathetically shrill set of horns on a macho car?
