Spotted this today at Towcester roundabout,really confused how this has happened as it’s between the pedestrian barriers at the roundabout facing the wrong way for the side of dual carriageway it’s on and couldn’t have come from the other side as there’s a central reservation barrier it took some of the pedestrian barriers out what a shame
