There are 150 guests booked into the Kennet & Avon Suite so far, 32 of which are Zedders.

I have been asked the inevitable question, "Why was there an initial panic to take early bookings, if there are still places"

The answer is simple, when I booked the places, the hotel told me, as they normally do with any function, that they cannot guarantee availablity the nearer we get to christmas. That is why I decided to ask everyone to pay in full by a certain date.
Better to be safe than sorry.
