A belated reminder for the Retro Show at Santa Pod on Sunday 3rd July - this is an alternative to mooching around the field at Billing or zooming down to Essex for the Matching Green Car Show.
We have a Club area at Retro and I still have some privilege tickets left for display cars at £8 a head. One ticket per display car only, passengers will have to pay full price at the gate. See me at Billing on Saturday to claim yours.
Retro Magazine is hosting the Show which concentrates on modified Classics from the '60s, '70s and '80s, but the Z Club stand can have the '90s and '00s models as well! The track is open for those who fancy a bit of drag racing - £15 for three runs. Make sure you have your driving licence!
A team from Men & Motors has asked to come over to film a few Zs for a new programme to be aired in August. Presenter Penny Mallory (and some bloke) will be in attendance. If you fancy a bit of low-key fame for five minutes, you need to be there. Only cars with appropriate passes will be allowed into the Club area - park up and beg on the day!
