If you are bored, visit your local WH Smith and have a peek on this months RETRO car mag. My datsun is featured on pages 24-30. A big thank to MJP for suspenstion parts and Ken [Zman240} for the wheels:D

I've had the pleasure of being sat as a passenger in this car, whilst the owner tore up and down the A40 to show me "what it can do".

Impressive, most impressive.

It was a nice article.

So which car is yours, the everyday driver or the racer, both were very cool.

Do you know if Totally Custom have a web site?

Mine is the silver one, the "road car":D . Sadly, totally custom are no longer trading! They did have a website, but the owner/proprietor was doing such fantastic rates, that it was only a matter of time and overheads got the better of his business.

Its a shame really, as the quality of workmanship was ace and not many people do bespoke intercooler piping. Most so called specialist custom exhaust places can not bend a pipe with a diameter greater than 2.5"...!!

Ah you must be Preet then!

Very nice car mate, never really gave them much notice till I saw yours.

Shame Total Customs arent in business any more, its nice to see an intercooler pipe which isnt made up of lots of different sections and couplers.

I think I met you at last year's Retro Show @ Santa Pod. Good to see your car in the mag, and what a cracker it is too. Phil White wrote the article about my 260 last year - nice guy & very enthusiastic.

So... great car - hope to see you again!

All the best,

Tony

Thanks for the positive comments guys. Yes Tony, we met at RCS last year and it was great to see your 260 in the flesh. I might be tempted to attempt drag the violet and get an idea of her 1/4 capabilities:D

Just need LSD. Anyone breaking a corolla AE86?
