I wonder if anyone has a PAL version of this famous nine minutes of motoring history that is now on DVD.

No one really knows who the driver was, speculation exists that it was a famous F1 driver. The huge secrecy was to protect the driver from the wrath of the law! Pretty incriminating evidence!
