I'm in the latest redundundcy tranche. I've only been in 7 years but there are some people who have blatantly been made redundant to save on the pension cost.

Signed because I believe in it, but I wish people would stop using organisations like change.org and use the official e-petitions instead. Change.org are a cowboy organisation that bitch at just about everything good and bad. Not to mention the amount of spam they send out.
