New 260z owner from Hull

Hi im Craig from Hull, East Yorkshire. and I've just bought a Datsun 260z its one of my all time favourite cars so i was over the moon to see one i could afford and in decent condition. My plans really are just restoration its a little rough around the edges but i have a background in paint refinish so this isn't a problem for me and then after the body work is how i want it i will be going on to add a few little touches of my own but nothing stupid that's not my style. Unfortunately i dont have any pictures of it as of yet but its in 110 red and on a '78 plate and it already has a japspeed exhaust fitted apparently which was a nice little extra when i purchased the car.

I'm in the process of looking for a slightly smaller steering wheel for it so just finding a boss and wheel that fit and i like. I'm sure this has been maybe covered before but are there any recommended modifications if any that you guys would suggest?

ah thats good then ah i see where you the other looker? yeah i noticed the sunroof and a few rubbers need replacing but all hopefully will be done in the mini restore im planning for it :) thank you for the welcome
 
the £7,500 one? yeah it does look very nice a little out of my budget though tbh and a tad far aswell. ill hopefully be getting this one to that standard though thats the end goal anyway.
 
your not far from me, just the otherside of Goole at Crowle.i think momo still do a boss to fit ,but others will fit, as they will a lot of models and interchange.

Yeah I came across info that Momo still produce a boss kit. I also heard that Mountney do as well but I cant say I've ever heard of them? Morbias; Yeah Nardi are expensive, good bit of kit though.

hi im in goole ive just bought zx 300 tt my dads in old goole he has datsun 260 he uses z farm for all parts z farm has steering wheels and bosses for zs
