L series cam data

nice info.


strange that the turbo cams have such low lift.... I'd expect low duration but more lift than n/a.
 
I'm no expert, but my car has a kent cams 'pinto turbo' profile which is low lift (7mm) and high duration (284). I'd assumed that was a 'thing' in turbo setups.

The table is incomplete - I have also a stock P90a head which has an 'F' cam in it.
