I have booked a thirty car space at the Jap Show day, Santa Pod, Sunday 9th October 2005. If you would like to attend and be in the Z Club area, you need to contact me (Mr.F) for a privileged parking pass or you will end up in the public car park! PM or e-mail with your postal address and I will send one out when they arrive. The pass allows one Z or ZX to park in the Club area - it is NOT an entry ticket. Please only ask for a pass if you are committed to attending this show.
Entry for the day will be £15 per person on the gate or £12 in advance via http://www.japshow.com or on the ticket hot line 01234 782828. Kids under 13 have FREE entry. If you want to run your car on the strip, it will cost a further £15 - spaces for this may be limited so get there early! Don't forget your driving licence as this will be required at signing-on. Club cars have privileged entry from 7-00am. General admission from 8-00am.
This is a Jap Car only Run What Ya Brung style meeting with prizes for the fastest cars in each class. There will also be a showcase shoot-out for Europe's fastest Japanese cars - expect to see the top Skylines and Supras dip into the nines! The Santa Pod jet car will do demo passes and there are also stunt shows and other drag demos. Not confirmed, but expect to see Mark Watkins with the supercharged RatZ 280ZX. All the top Clubs will be there along with a huge trader's area, sideshows, representatives from the major magazines (Japanese Performance, J-Tuner, Banzai) all vying to present their best cars and their best girls. We are promised a pole dancing arena. The usual catering and bar facilities will be on hand.
This is almost your last chance to show the world how quick your Z is down the quarter mile or how beautiful your new paint is in the Show 'n' Shine.
