I've come across Autopia in Darwen,Lancashire (01254 433397) who rent out their 1,600 sq mtr workshop to the general public including 2 ramps for a quite reasonable £7.00-£10.00 per hour or daily rates for car clubs.They also have tool hire and a gas analyser for emissions testing as well as a MOT testing checklist that you can print out,they have also just diversified into the sale of alloy wheels as well.Here's their website Welcome to the North-West's first DIY/Self Service car workshops if anyone is interested,the owner ( Darren Jones ) is a genuinely nice bloke and an enthusiast,my lowered 240z got onto the ramps without any problems and i would have no hesitation of recommending them
