I need a VG30ET rebuilt, Know anyone?

Hi All,

I need my VG30ET rebuilt.

Nothing mad, Just standard spec with copper head gaskets.

Could anyone recommend a garage?

Also, how much cash should I put aside for it?
(I've never had anything rebuilt before so I'm going in a bit blind)
