Highbeams stuck in on position

Can anyone help me with my high beams being stuck in the on position. And, the level will not work in the on position. If I just have on the parking lights, I can flick the high beams on. Suggestions please?

Hi,
Your light switch is probably faulty. Brass contacts become distorted with age and start to do all kinds of weird things. I have changed the switch before to cure faults such as yours!
