help at Billing

A Call for help

It's my own fault for going on holiday (Sean's pre Le Mans weekend then off to Le Mans itself then a week to recover!) anyway can anyone help me with setting up Billing?

We could use some gazebos (I should have 2 coming but if it rains.......)

I have one stove and one kettle, again could probably do with at least one more

Tables - what ever anyone has

BBQ for Friday and Saturday nights

I'll be getting there Friday morning/lunchtime, all we get is an empty field so we may want to rope off a camping area, area for cars, area for gazebos etc etc.
I will have lots of "Z Club" posters and a staple gun so we should be able to mark our field up.

Can't think of anything else at the moment but I'm sure there will be

I'll be there asap Friday depends what time 'the student' finishes his temporary job.
will bring caravan, big awning 2 gazebos. am also trying to get one of those pavillion type awnings 3m x 6m.
do we have electricity on site? I have a genny but it's not a 'quiet one'

If anyone has a Makro near them those big pavillions are on sale for about £46
If you can get one and bring it I'll pay for it. Don't all rush I only want one and my local Makro has sold out at present.

Thought of something else..
If anyone lives localish and is camping can they pick up a few sacks of ice for my gin...I mean to keep food and beers cool!
